2 Piece Nesting Slipcase Box Set

This slipcase style uses two nesting box (outer and inner) made form cardboard. Combined, they form a completely enclosed box set.

BOOKS

We make slipcases for books as well as other types of media such as discs and vinyl records. Slipcases can be side loading to show off the spines or a completely enclosed 2 piece set. We can also help with the books, hardcover or softcover.

Side Loading Cardboard Slipcase

Side loading slipcase boxes are a very economical way to bundle items together. Cost savings can be had by using the same type of cardboard / paper stock on the slipcase as the inner packaging. In this example, the slipcase and disc jackets use the same paper stock. There’s no problem modifying the front notch if you’d prefer a different style, or adding a special cut out. Custom cut shapes in packaging is a specialty of ours.

We do disc manufacturing (cds, dvds, and blurays) so you’ll be able to have a complete project with your slipcase set shrinkwrapped and ready to sell. This title used multiple volumes of discs packaged in 2pp jackets, but you can also do different packaging like 4pp jackets, digipaks, LPs, or cd dvd books.

Fabric Paper Wrap

Fabric paper is a wonderful way to provide texture to a chipboard product. This type of wrap can be silkscreened and captures a good amount of detail. Many of our clients choose this type of wrap when they want texture and detail that printing on linen can’t achieve. The fabric paper can be ordered in several colors.

Rigid Slipcase Sets

Slipcases are usually made with an art card type of stock (310gsm, 15/16pt), however we can create rigid chipboard boxes. Products generally have to be about 2cm wide in order for us to tool the material. Chipboard can be wrapped with 4C print, or wrapped with a fabric paper, leather, or linen.

Over Books, Boxes, Cases, Digipaks

You can put a tube slipcase over any kind of packaging to help dress it up. We’ve made them for hard cover books (paper, cd, and vinyl), boxes, digipaks, and jackets.

Tube Slipcase

A tube style slipcase slips over the main packaging, either from the top or from the side. We’ve used them over books, cases, LPs, and boxes.

Rigid Side Loading Boxes

These boxes are made with a very thick (24oz) material and wrapped with either 4C print or a material, such as leather. The width of the box needs to be at least 2cm wide but the height can be anything you’d like. They can be made to hold multiple volumes of books, discs, or vinyl records.

Leatherette or Vinyl Material Wrap

If you would like a leather bound box set, we have a leatherette type of material we can use. no, it’s not real leather, it’s actually a vinyl type of material. If you want to print it, we recommend Foil Stamping. Or you can do Embossing / Debossing.
