Hardcover CD DVD Book Photos
Rigid Chipboard Core Material with Full Color Printed Wrap, Fabric or Leather Vinyl Wrap

Would you like to see some hardcover cd dvd book photos? Hard bound books are made with a rigid chipboard core and the wrapped with either a 4C laminated paper, or a special material on the outside. The inside can be printed or wrapped with a kraft paper. We also do some special tricks with fly sheets and inner page covers.

Outside Wrap Options

  • Full color printed wrap which is laminated to the outside
  • Fabric like linen or hemp or binding cloth
  • Leather Vinyl Material

Inside Wrap Options

  • Full color printed wrap (matte uncoated)
  • Kraft paper, black or vintage tan, is a popular option for inside lining.

Inner Pages

  • Anywhere from 8pp on up, increments of 4pp
  • Smaller sizes are stapled, larger can be perfect bound with separate covers
  • Fly Sheets can also be made, and help work the inner pages into the book for security

Holding the Discs

  • Trays to hold the discs (plastic, paper or foam),
  • Hubs (black or white foam, clear gel, or cork
  • Glued on Sleeves or Pockets
